Ohlmsted Point erratics in Yosemite National Park
Ohlmsted Point erratics in Yosemite National Park
Kenny and I had been to Yosemite in October 2003. This trip was much better because there was water in all of the waterfalls in the valley and there were LOTS of different wildflowers in bloom.

Ohlmsted Point is one of the famous overlooks at Yosemite National Park. It is interesting to see the lone granite boulders called "erratics", huge stones left behind by receding glaciers. Half Dome can be seen far in the distance in the center of the photo.
