This is a photo of Lyme Disease. My son contracted it when he was bitten by deer ticks while riding his bike on a woodland trail. These "bulls-eye" rashes are the the tell-tail signs of this dangerous disease. Fortunately, it is easily treated with antibiotics if caught early enough. Curtis was bitten on a Thursday afternoon and by Tuesday morning he had this rash, a round of antibiotics quickly cleared it up.
