Parsley Family Height: 1' to 4' These little green flowers are not very noticible or interesting. These plants can be very prolific where they grow. I found these on the Haw Ridge trail in late April. Some areas of the trail was thickly covered with them. Parsley Family Height: 1' May 23, 2005 This plant closely resembles its relative the Black Snakeroot. The flowers bloom on short stalks on this plant. The leaves are made up of 3 leaflets, thus the species name, trifoliata.
