Skull Rock is a bizarre rock formation in Joshua Tree NP. It can be easily reached from the road.
Joshua Tree National Park March 20, 2007 This was the only flower of this plant that I saw, but it counts! :)
It is a shame that no place is immune to the idiocy of vandalism! This granite boulder in Joshua Tree NP had been defaced by some spraypaint-wielding moron who selfishly ruined the view for all who followed him (or perhaps her). Taggers remind me of male dogs and cats, they also "spray" to mark their territory!
