Four O'clock Family Las Cruces, NM (Dripping Springs NA) There are several different species of Four O'clocks in southern New Mexico. This one grew low to the ground, much like a vine. It had heart-shaped leaves.
The rocky, cleared off area in this photo is a large Harvest Ant Nest, an amazing feat accomplished by 1/2" insects!
