In May 2016, we went to northern New Mexico for a wedding and traveled around the state for 2 weeks. We started out in Española and visited Los Alamos, Valle Grande National Monument, and Bandelier National Monument. From there, we went to Taos and visited the church in Chimayo, Rio Grande del Norte National Monument and Great Sand Dunes National Park in southern Colorado. The trip ended with a quick visit to Petroglyphs National Monument.
