I noticed some people pointing to something on the wall of the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge visitor center, it was this large Sphinx moth.

Sanibel Island, FL Dec. 15, 2009 One of the good things about studying a wildflower for several years is that when I finally see a plant I often recognize it, I was happy to know what this one was when I saw it at Ding Darling Refuge.
