Sanibel Island, FL This is another non-native plant, a tree-climbing cactus! It was not in bloom when I saw it, but it has large, beautiful white flowers.
Sanibel Island, FL Dec. 15, 2009 I found this plant along the Shell Mound trail at "Ding" Darling Wildlife Refuge. I don't know how it got its unusual name.
