Bigfoot, TX April 1, 2009 I saw this wildflower along a back road on our last day of the trip. This is a very common roadside flower in Texas.

Kyle, TX March 28, 2009 I tried to get both the flowers and the long seedpods in this photo to show how this plant gets its common name. A similar plant in Germany is called "Storchschnabel", that is fun to say!
