To make a Mushroom spore print, remove the cap and place it gill side down on a piece of paper. Leave it there for a few hours or overnight to give it time to drop the spores. Lift the cap gently to avoid smearing the spores. Spray the print with hairspray or laminate the paper to preserve it. (see next photo)
