Primrose Family Fundy Bay, Santa Rosa Co., FL August 6, 2006 This is a well-behaved native Loosestrife which doesn't take over and push out its neighbors, unlike the pretty, but nasty, Purple Loosestrife. I found this blooming at the edge of a saltmarsh at Grassy Point.
