Olympia, WA (Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge) June 30, 2009 The large pond at the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge was full of this interesting plant. The most fascinating part of the plant is underwater. It has modified leaves that capture and digest small aquatic organisms!
