Fortunately, the visitor's center had many of the plants native to the Channel Islands in a small garden. I was delighted to see these beautiful, but strange flowers. It would have been nice to have seen them in their natural habitat, but this was the next best thing. What really made it nice was that the plants in the garden were labelled! :)
