This plant is related to Rabbit Tobacco, but the leaves look a bit like Plaintain-leaved Pussytoes at a quick glance. The flowers are not very conspicuous or interesting. It is a common weed. I found these blooming in Oak Ridge in May. Close-up of flowers following.
